Q. How do I apply for work through All Seasons Placement, Inc.?

If you are seeking professional, clerical, or technical positions, call our office to schedule your confidential interview. If you are looking for labor or medical placement, come in anytime between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday – Friday and meet with one of our placement specialists.

Q. When I work through All Seasons Placement, Inc., who is my employer?

All Seasons Placement employees assigned to work with our clients are employees of All Seasons Placement. This employment relationship provides services including your weekly payroll, worker’s compensation insurance coverage, and unemployment insurance, as well as assurance that all taxes are managed in a timely manner.

Q. How do I get paid?

Your payroll is processed and distributed weekly through our corporate office in Millcreek. We provide personalized service allowing for delivery of checks to your workplace, mailed to your home, or the opportunity for you to pick your check up at our office during our regular office hours.

Q. Will I owe All Seasons Placement, Inc. any money for their services?

At no time does All Seasons Placement, Inc. charge a fee for our services to our temporaries. All charges are paid by our customers for services rendered.

  • 5 days vacation – if you have worked 2,000 hours within a 15-month period 

  • For each additional 1,000 hours worked 5 days of vacation is earned

Are offered by certain customers, based on positive evaluations at a time specific to our customer.

Is earned by any temporary working with us who provides, as a referral, an individual who is placed with a customer firm and has completed 160 hours at the firm on your payroll. The applicant’s name must be presented, upon referral, and the applicant must state who referred them.
